- EPEd PriceJan 3, 20261.0Bought a battery on 1/2/25. Employee was great and, unsolicited, gave me a 20% discount. Took battery back on 1/3/25 because they sold me the wrong size. Manager refunded my original purchase, then refused to honor the previous discount on the correct battery stating that the other employee shouldn't have given it. I got a full refund then bought a new battery from O'Reillys down the street. Clearly unreasonable to expect me to pay more to get them to correct their mistake. This was my last visit to AutoZone, I will be buying from O'Reilly and Napa from now on.
