Manager refunded my original purchase, then refused to honor the previous discount on the correct battery stating that the other employee shouldn't have given it. I got a full refund then bought a new battery from O'Reillys down the street. Clearly unreasonable to expect me to pay more to get them to correct their mistake. This was my last visit to AutoZone, I will be buying from O'Reilly and Napa from now on.
