She checked to make sure the voltage was correct and was polite from the moment we walked in. She is definitely a breath of fresh air and knows what she’s doing!! Thanks Peggy for all you do!!!
- MCMel CasarezAug 18, 20255.0Calm in the storm, ..we were headed out of town, when it started to pour rain I panicked because, Imy wiper arm broke & couldn't see out my windshield ...out of nowhere AutoZone appeared as the roads got flooded..we pulled in & asked for assistance. Maggie, an employee from AutoZone concerned, went out in the rain, to inspect what was the problem was without hesitation.. she managed to find the problem & see what she could do to fix the issue, she also noticed my wiper cowl had split in half, hanging by a thread during the incident. She took it apart and JB weld it back together & did an amazing job fixing it. I love how AutoZone employees always come to the rescue in times of need..But, this was far out the Best experienced I ever encountered..on top of that, she even helped 3 more customers on top of that & I could see everyone was pleased with her work...Thank you Maggie, I really appreciated it..you were the calm in our storm!
