And I have had to replace several parts of my aging vehicle and each time I have went with a question about a part or asked for any advice on how to replace the parts, the employees are more than willing to help and at times, the employee did not know how or have any experience or knowledge about my particular question, so the employee would go ask another coworker for help, and together we would figure out a solution or game plan for my situation. So thank all of at Autozone for being helpful and willing to go that extra mile to help me find a solution or a starting point.
