  We came in, right before closing, the night before a big snow storm hit looking for a headlight replacement. My 5 year old was tired and cranky and the young gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to put a smile on my son’s face. It meant a lot to us both. Thank you for always being there to help fix a problem or find a part or just helping in general. It’s the little things ya know?

  I enjoy going to this particular Autozone because the employees are for the most part friendly and extremely helpful. And I have had to replace several parts of my aging vehicle and each time I have went with a question about a part or asked for any advice on how to replace the parts, the employees are more than willing to help and at times, the employee did not know how or have any experience or knowledge about my particular question, so the employee would go ask another coworker for help, and together we would figure out a solution or game plan for my situation. So thank all of at Autozone for being helpful and willing to go that extra mile to help me find a solution or a starting point.

  AutoZone has a lot of wonderful employees who truly go above and beyond to help when you need it. They take the time to answer questions, explain things clearly, and even change your battery with a smile. It’s refreshing to get such helpful and friendly customer service. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
