  I am writing to share my recent experience at your rental location on 12/13/25, where I was assisted by a manager Josh overseeing both Alamo and Enterprise services. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and disrespected. Throughout the conversation, the manager repeatedly used a verbal tic, ending nearly every sentence with “okay?” in a way that felt dismissive and unnecessarily patronizing, reminiscent of a caricature, such as the characters from South Park. For example: “The credit card goes here, okay?” or “The car is in this area, okay?” This tone did not feel professional, and when I politely asked him to tone it down, his demeanor became visibly frustrated. To make matters worse, I was being pressured to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle than the one I had reserved. When I declined, the manager appeared irritated. After I addressed the repeated use of “okay?” a second time, the situation escalated. Both Josh and another employee (male, black) stared at me in a hostile and intimidating manner—as if I had done something wrong simply for offering respectful feedback. As an Asian customer, I couldn’t help but feel that my concerns were dismissed and that I was being retaliated against for speaking up. The interaction left me feeling singled out and unsafe. I believe feedback should be welcomed—not punished. I hope your team will take this incident seriously and provide appropriate coaching to staff to ensure future interactions are professional, inclusive, and respectful to all customers.

  The Enterprise family at the Lubbock, Texas Airport were incredible! Made our trip to know we were taken care of so well by this group of dedicated people!

  Clean and easy rental experience at this location both with picking up and returning my car. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Car provided was clean and in excellent condition.

  quick and easy. I talked to one guy at rental time and one at turnin, and both were friendly and helpful, and things could not have been easier.

  I had an excellent experience renting a car from Alamo at the Lubbock airport. The rental was for a 24 hour period starting on Thanksgiving, returning it the next day. The rate was competitive, the ease of making changes to the reservation at the last minute when travel plans changed was welcomed, the folks at the counter were outstanding and the car performed flawlessly. Highly recommended.
