  The sales lady was rude thinking she knew more about what my grandmother wanted in an RV than my wife and me. When we went to pick up the RV a few days later, she had no idea who we were. It’s sad they try taking advantage of elderly people just to get sale.

  Went in to get a new Sam's Club map. Decided to look at some RVs. Went back a few days later had an appointment. But no one was ready and the motorhome we wanted to look at was not ready to try out. Would not start and one slide would not open. Management was trying push the sale and I understand that. But let's do that when we are all ready.

  How this joke of a business have any five star ratings? The second bad experience with camping world. First in Lewisville(horrible people), thinking it was a one off; recommended the one in Lubbock to my sister. Worst decision I have ever made, & I've been to prison! Water leaking all over the place right from the start. No walk through even after she dumped over two grand on the "let's go camping" package. Does nothing to stand behind their products! Do business elsewhere, they are looking for ways to burn you! Kyle told my sister "we already got paid, we are done with you. Nothing for us to do."

  I wish I can give them less than one star these people sold my girl her first RV she's ever had they told her that if she had any problems she could call and they would help her figure it out and we got the trailer home and she had leaks everywhere and she tried to call to get them to help us figure out where some of yhe leaks are, just some guidance from the so called experts. Nope, they gave her yhe run around, put her on hold forever etc.. finally the general manager got on phone with her and pretty much told her you you're stuck like Chuck there's nothing we're going to do to help you am I a girl told him you were supposed to have everything fixed and ready and perfect when y'all brought the trailer and if y'all ain't going to make it right then I'm going to bring it back up there and drop it in your parking lot and the general manager there told her the bank already paid for it you can drop it off here if you want to it'll just go on the repo list we don't care so I can't emphasize enough camping world in Lubbock is garbage don't believe anything they tell you about anything and the same thing also goes for camping world in Lewisville Texas bad experience there but I just thought maybe it was just that one place cuz I've always heard good stuff about camping world they'll never get a penny from me or any of the 1300 people that work with me I know that

  My wife and I went in about a week ago. Started talking to a sales rep everything was going good until we got to the payment options. Was told interest rate would be around 9.9 percent with my credit score. They had not and did not run my credit though. After I would have traded in my camper I would have owed a little over $64k on the new one. The monthly rate they quoted me would have had me paying around $140,000 for a camper that cost half that. I see how they stay in business. I would recommend to anyone to go else where if they have the option.
