  I locked my keys in my car and was luckily right by this AutoZone. Colton helped me find the right tool, even searched other stores to see if they had something different available. When I was struggling to use the tool, he let me charge my phone so I could call a locksmith if needed. Luckily, I didn't end up having to do so. He also stayed very calm and didn't judge me when I was not staying so calm. Great location, great employee!

  I had a blown fuse and Rebecca showed me how to use my user manual to identify the different fuses and how to check if the fuse is actually blown. She identified the problem very quickly and had me on my way as well as helping me get a new brake light. She sent me off with useful information and a great experience. I wish more people did their jobs like she did.

  The young ladies from the Auto Zone on 34th in Lubbock have wonderful customer service. I'm very pleased and will definitely go back. If my words could give them a raise, they definitely deserve it.
