  There were 5 employees in the store, 3 wearing red shirts and 2 wearing gray. I waited in front of the register for about 10 minutes and not one of them asked if I needed help. They were all on their phones. The man with the long hair, wearing a gray shirt like he is a supervisor, looked over at me and decided to ignore me and go back to being on his phone. Customer service needs to be improved at this location.

  On March 1, 2026, I went to my local Autozone in Los Fresnos and needed to replace the light bulbs on my headlights. I was lucky to be helped by Gilberto. He was patient, attentive and very knowledgeable. One of rhe bulbs was really stucked but he persevered until he was able to get it out. Definitely will be returning for the great service. Thank you Gilberto.

  I want to recognize Kevin C. for providing exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.
