  Fast and efficient. They offer a variety of services and will walk through what they are and cost and what your maker's recommendations are, but aren't pushy about it if you're over. Just a quick, ok if you want it later we would be happy to help.

  I would like to recognize the team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change (Store #070024) located at Loop and Pine Tree Road in Longview for an exceptional customer experience. I used my Lobo Band discount card during my visit and was truly impressed with the level of professionalism and care provided. Emerson and Jacob communicated like a well-oiled machine — efficient, clear, and supportive throughout the entire process. As a single woman with what I jokingly call “YouTube car knowledge,” car maintenance visits can sometimes feel intimidating. However, during this visit, I felt completely safe, respected, and confident that the information being shared with me was honest and transparent. That level of trust means everything. This was one of my most enjoyable service experiences, and I will absolutely return to this specific location because of the outstanding customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff.
