After walking around for 10-15 and the staff and salesmen not trying at all engage with my being I soon left. Me visiting this dear had also gone agenst better judgment after several friendships had advised me to go elsewhere do to issues with the staff and the owner. Not a big fan of hear say but after 3 friends had similar experience with a business, and its not good honest business, I'll go elsewhere.

- JGJacob GrindstaffJun 30, 20211.0Could be a great place to buy a boat; however, when I pulled up last year looking to buy a boat the staff was dismissive and uninterested in helping me - ended up buying my boat at the Bass Pro Shop in Shreveport. I drove out today looking to buy another boat (pontoon) and same dismissive and uninterested reaction from staff. I actually stated it seems a customer would be better off buying online or somewhere else - he agreed. 🤔 Definitely last time I bother them.

We took our boat out on the river and experienced a few problems with it constantly dying on us. We called Tracker and we were told to bring it in. Mind you... it was bought as is no warranty. Not only did they fix that problem but found a few more issues and took care of those also without any cost to us. Once again, we just picked our boat up this a.m. and everyone that works there went out of their way to take care of us! Thank you Tracker and to your whole staff! Highly recommend them if looking to purchase a noat!
