    Took my boat in for service and for them to order me an extra set of keys. After paying for the service and hooking up to my boat, I asked for my keys. The response I got was “they aren’t in the ignition?” 1. Why would you keep the keys in the ignition? Anyone could just come and hook on to anyone’s boat and take off. Keys and all are in them. 2. No they were not. At this point I find out that they had lost the keys to my boat. The mechanic claimed he never had them and had to start my boat off the harness. This led the guy behind the counter questioning me on whether or not I even brought my keys in (which again, I did because I wanted them to order copies and they needed them to crank the motor) and he even asked why I brought my boat to them in the first place. (After this experience, I’m not sure why I did either) After scrambling for an hour and being on and off the phone with who knows how many people, the guy went outside to the shop where they actually work on the boats and came back in with my keys. It should go without mentioning that they did not order the extra set of keys for my boat since they lost the set I dropped off for them to use to crank my boat with. Not sure why they don’t have a key box to put everything in like a car mechanic shop or any other normal place. Very unorganized and unprofessional. As a reply to the owner: email sent.

    Was there a few months back looking at buying a boat again with the mind set of going home w/one that day. After walking around for 10-15 and the staff and salesmen not trying at all engage with my being I soon left. Me visiting this dear had also gone agenst better judgment after several friendships had advised me to go elsewhere do to issues with the staff and the owner. Not a big fan of hear say but after 3 friends had similar experience with a business, and its not good honest business, I'll go elsewhere.
