I couldent find them and there after hours receptionist and they had the guy from the store call and explain were they were. Amazing customer service supper freindly and helpfull department all around!

- DFDwayne FullerOct 11, 20221.0Have used Holt Truck Center in the past and it was ok. This time, they charged us $175/hour for labor. (I know this because wife was on the phone with them when they pulled my motorhome in the bay. Then, they called when they were done servicing. All documented on phone.) They worked on this a maximum of 5.5 hours. Labor charge was $962.50! On top of that, our unit has 2 fuel filters. They charged us for 2 filters & the labor to replace the 2. Got home & 1 filter was never changed. I know this because it still had the NAPA filter I had put on. (Holt does not use NAPA.) Went up there & they gave me the fuel filter that they had not put on. Never reimbursed for any labor charges. Never going back.
- JLJames LowtherMar 10, 20225.0I was traveling through Longview and got a DEF sensor engine code - this will shut down your engine and you cannot go over 5 mph until it is corrected. I found Holts and pulled in. I talked to them and they were fully booked and did not have the sensor. Wallace helped me get the sensor overnight and Scott the lead technician stayed to get it put in. I really do not know what I would have done - the vehicle will not go until this is cleared. Thank you Wallace and Scott so much. You are lifesavers!!!
