- BBBenMichelle BakerDec 17, 20251.0100% lifetime warranty is not true. It has been almost 1 year since Gerber repaired damage to my Kia K5 after being rear ended. The passenger trim that was replaced has now faded/peeled off drastically (front original trim is good) on one of the sides they replaced. They replaced right and left side silver trim around window. They said they can not cover this because the vendor they purchased trim from is no longer in business. So we are left with the damaged trim due to no fault of ours...no warranty due to their vendor going out of business. :(

I didn't notice at first but both passenger doors were sticking out towards the bottom and looked like it was pushed in at the top. We were disappointed this was not taken care of before we got the call. They took it back while we waited to correct the issue. Seemed like an easy fix since it didn't take long but it should have been done before we were told it was ready. Other than that, we were happy with the results.
