Upon arrival to pick up our reservation, we were unaware of the need to have a credit card. However, they assured me that we could use our debit card instead for a similar vehicle, and frankly much better vehicle, at no additional cost. This subtle change actually gave my family a much more comfortable trip, since we were in the minivan instead of packed tightly into the SUV. The friendly staff were working very hard to keep customers flowing on an insanely busy Saturday and we left town on time because of their diligence. This is only the second time in my life renting a car, but both times have been through this location and we will DEFINITELY be coming back here to them. These guys are an incredible standard for customer service, because they really and truly are helpful in the entire process. They don’t just get you to sign the line and then abandon you to the wolves. If you have an issue, they will work with you. If something is wrong with a car, they will fix it or give you a new one. At the end of the day, they want you to have wheels as badly as you do.

I specifically asked if they had a vehicle that they I could rent with a debit card. They said yes, and then told me I had to have a credit card because my license is from another state. I ultimately did not rent a vehicle from them. This location was unprofessional and didn't communicate clear expectations when I booked my rental, now I'm going to be late with my trip.
