    The lady at the front desk was very rude. Called her earlier in the week told us one thing we did what she told us got there a whole new story was nothing what she told us. I am on my mother’s insurance. Wouldn’t still would not let me pick up the car for my mother my mother who is an elderly woman is 80 years old, they said she had to be there in person to get the car. I am her driver. We told her that she also said if she’s on a walker, how is she driving? Very rude very disrespectful.

    Unbelievably courteous and impeccable customer service. Chase, the manager cannot do enough to make sure your experience is TOP NOTCH!!!!! Wow! Chase Bickerdike is an absolute asset to Enterprise. We've rented twice because of Chase. It is a 1 hour drive, both ways, to rent from this location but Chase makes it worth it.
