  Cody's off road was excellent I dealt with both Coby and Micheal and had the best service I could ask for honest no b s and quality work they are my new go to for all my vehicle needs truck tire and auto work not going to take my vehicles anywhere else thanks for taking care of my truck see you next time !!!!

  I will begin by saying this. I NEVER leave a review unless it is ABSOLUTELY deserved 100% , good or bad. And unfiltered. As I myself want to see REAL reviews when I am checking out a product or a business etc to know whether or not I want to deal with them. Having said that , as a business owner myself and know the PAINS of running a business and keeping customers happy and reputation where it needs to be to succeed , I will say of CODYS OFF ROAD AND AUTOMOTIVE…… they get a TEN STAR review from me. And I don’t sugar coat things. I was referred to them by a ford dealership if that says anything. I bought a brand new 2023 ford F250 and in the forestry mulching business I pull heavy loads. Heavy. So therefore the factory 331 gears did NOT work well at all. So I went to Cody’s to upgrade the gear set up to 373’s. Wasn’t cheap , but I had their word that they backed their labor and parts. Well , no one ever wants to have to do warranty work as a small business owner. Many times you have to just eat it and it sucks. Well, the first set of gears that they installed were defects from the factory and they crater after about a month WITHOUT HESITATION they had me bring the truck back in , and they quickly ordered OEM Ford 373’s not the aftermarket’s that had originally been purchased. Which the OEMs cost more. They got me in right away and in no time had brand new gears set up for me. I meticulously went through the “ break in “ process by the book. And thank God these gears held up. Well , a year almost later , the bearings went bad. They immediately once again got me in and replaced those aftermarket bearings with OEM Ford bearings. Fixed it perfectly. And on top of it they are GREAT GUYS to deal with. Not the typical jerks at some of the mechanic shops that are out there. I can’t say enough good things about this incredible crew and their trustworthiness , professionalism, Courtesy and care for you as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone they do GREAT work. The issues that I had was just the aftermarket parts failing …. Not their quality workmanship for sure. 100% GREAT PLACE TO DEAL WITH !!!!!
