  This place makes me sick, ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION.THEY LIED TO ME! Went in to get my breaks checked, they quoted me 1,000$ each axil, went down the street and they informed me I still had half of my breaks and there was no reason to spend the money right now since they were still in good condition. In this economy, money is tight and to take advantage of people is disgusting, they will not be getting anything from this town.

  Came thru with all 3of my vehicles.. they we're supposed to change my oil,.top of fluids that need be... check filters .. vacuum..more than the floor matts.. and last time I checked yall put a flower 🌼 on dash ! Love how went from 50% off on womens Wednesday to 10% off.. yall need to let people know when yall change process or prices...

  I kinda feel like I was forced to upgrade to super synthetic which was 20 more than the synthetic blend I usually get. This happened the last time I cam in as well. It seems like you’re always out of the blend. I made the appointment online and it should have told me then that you were out of the blend. I was able to use a 20dollar coupon for st. Patrick’s day. But still paid regular price.

  This deserves 0 stars. I went to get an oil change as I do regularly with all my cars I’ve brought to Grease Monkey in the past. Been going there for several years now. I’ve brought them my GMC Yukon, my sons Veloster, my daughters Nissan Altima, and now my Cadillac. My mother brings her vehicles there as well. I understand the human errors, as I’ve experienced many times they would miss checking my washer fluid. I don’t usually fuss about those things much. But this last visit with my Cadillac has my blood boiling. Never thought in a million years I would have to complain that someone would have punctured a whole in my front passenger car seat while checking on my air filter from the glove box. The day it happened, I had my mother do me a favor since I couldn’t get off work to bring in my vehicle in for an oil change, had my mother bring it for me, Wednesday Feb 18th (pretty sure that was the date). She went there and came straight back. I got in my car the very next morning dropping my kids off to school and noticed the big tear in my seat. It was fresh. I thought to myself, surely my mother didn’t do this. Talked to her about it and we came to the conclusion this had to have happened at Grease Monkey so I decided to make a trip back up to there to address the situation. The guy we spoke with “James” took a picture and said he would get with the head guy to call me and get this straightened out and was very apologetic. I left waiting to hear from this “guy”. He never called. I had to call several times over 2 weeks period to try and get someone who can address my concern to call me. James gave me the name Chris Oquendo, Regional Manager. This guy finally calls back on Feb 27th and tells me he’s declining my claim after speaking with his employees. I told him this was 100% from them and no other way it could have been from anyone or anywhere else. I literally addressed this issue early afternoon next day from the day my mother took my car in. Again, you can see the fresh puncture. Even the foam had no tear or discoloration to it. This is a very disappointing situation to not take responsibility for a vehicle we trust you to handle with care while we sit inside and wait. Again, been going there for quite some time with several of mine and my family’s vehicles get worked on there. I’m pretty sure we will think twice about going there again and pretty positive that we will all be seeking business elsewhere going forward. I have pictures of the damage but can’t find where to upload. If you want to see them, I will be glad to send them.
