- JJJoaniOct 5, 20252.0I have rented many car in the past from enterprise, different location all over the US, never had a problem until I rented from this location, either they never have the car you searching for and this past time they provided me a car that was either already wrecked or damaged from previous renter it had a busted windshield, but I urgently needed a car for transportation so I took it upon returning the young guy with zero customer skills, said I had damaged the passenger door plastic and one plastic clip broken, no more questions ask, charge me $300 for a plastic clip, are you kidding me? you can look up my history on how many cars I rented with them in the past 15 years and never damage or scratch a car, so I know for sure this was from the previous renter since there was already some damage in this vehicle. I guess I am switching to Hertz since this location is my local location but the worst. I have to go to Houston/humble to get decent service.
