  I walked in the door to see a redshirt(in training) and an older gentleman behind the counter. He had a untucked grey shirt on and no name tag. I walked over to isle five and walked up and down it twice looking for the adhesive I was searching for. One or two other customers were in the store searching as well. I found my adhesive and walked up to the counter. The grey shirt was training the redshirt. He came when he was done, this was the time in my almost 3 minutes, that someone recognized I was in the store. He asked me if that was all I needed. Rung me up. Then I gave him my number because he didn’t ask for it. I paid and left the store. I never got a “welcome in” or even a thank you. After working for AutoZone as a CSM, this whole store goes against every policy Autozone has. I was disappointed. Will not go back to such a dirty unprofessional unappreciative store.

  Great no-hassle experience! I was in and out with a new installed car battery in about 20 minutes. No pressure, no issues, just fast reliable service. Edward, the representative that helped me, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back if/when I need to.

  Walk up to the counter order the part I was needing it listed under several prices for someone that's on a budget they had one just in my price range. The person was helpful with item I came in for.
