QuikTrip’s famous fountain is always guaranteed to quench your thirst, with more than 30 flavors of soda and tea, not to mention our frozen drinks like Freezoni® and Smoothies! And don’t forget our wide selection of Grab & Go items, including all beef hot dogs and taquitos, breakfast sandwiches, subs, salads, wraps, and donuts. - ISioan sferleNov 1, 20251.0Stop by QT yesterday and purchased a soda. My total came out to $4.87 and I handed the cashier $5. And return gave me a dime and I questioned the total and told him he still owes me my 3 cents. His response was unfortunately they have now stopped making pennies we don't have any pennies available. I was in shock that was his reply. I advised him all pennies in the United States have not magically disappeared and demanded my change. He ended up giving me a nickel. What's disturbing about this is the fact that they feel it's okay to shortchange every customer a few pennies and after a few thousands of customers that go through the doors in a week's time how much accumulates. Those few pennies go straight in their pockets and benefits them no one else. I know this sounds Petty but I feel they are responsible to operate and run a business correctly not just short change customers. They would hold their employees accountable if the register was short that is why us as customers should not be shamed for requesting our own money back
