We came here after leaving the Enterprise location off of 380 near Aubrey who told us that “we were out of luck” when we walked in to rent a car (due to a person on the phone hanging up on us and the website not working). We called ahead and someone on their corporate line said they had a SUV available and booked us for it. When we showed up, Jay said he unfortunately did not have a SUV but was quick to start making calls and trying to get us an SUV or truck delivered or other options. Isaac immediately also offered a minivan that they had as a replacement and asked us a few questions about our trip and reason to rent to see if it would be a good fit- and it was! They did a on-the-spot detail so it was fresh for our trip, and even offered us a discount to help us out with the inconvenience. I can’t thank Jay and Isaac enough for turning a pretty bad, 1-star experience into a 5 star experience.

On the same day as my reservation, they called and cancelled my booking, saying there was a “mechanical failure.” When I tried to speak with the staff for more information, they were extremely rude and even hung up on me. They gave no real solution or assistance, and my entire travel plan was ruined because of their last-minute cancellation. ⚠️ Warning to others: Don’t book here unless you’re ready for your plans to be destroyed. They can cancel on the day of your reservation with fake or unclear reasons and no respect for customers.
