Wish there was an option for ZERO stars. Received an alignment and was under the 3 month 3k miles and they refused to align due to a “loose” nut. After we get the nut tightened(which they could have done) we come back and they said our warranty is voided because we had to get new tires from them not tightening the bolt the first time. I’ve been warned about this place and now I completely understand! Stay away, there are many other reputable places near by.

Over the summer I took my KIA SUV here for a coolant flush at almost 60K miles. The technician at Brake Plus discovered I had multiple engine leaks and advise me to take it into the Kia dealership for diagnosis since it is still under warranty. They provided me a printout of the issue( multiple leaks).
Long story short, the Frisco Kia dealership found multiple leaks and I had to leave my car with them for several days. I've been having the same leak for several months but when I went to Service Station and Kwik Kar across from the Frisco YMCA literally 2 weeks before the leak discovery for oil changes, neither of those shops mentioned anything about the leaks.
The end result was almost $9k of engine and leak repair was done on my Kia engine covered 100% by the Kia Dealership right before the KIA 60k miles warranty was about to expire. I am grateful the technician at Brake Plus alerted me to this and you have earned all of my future business.

My husband & I usually go to this breaks plus since it’s very close to home. Bruce has helped me the 2 times I’ve gone up there. He’s given me a great customer experience. The first time I went I was with my inpatient toddler & he gave her a coloring sheet with crayons which helped tremendously. They were out of the oil filter that my car needed & he made sure it was delivered to the store as quickly as possible as we waited since I expressed concerned about my toddler being there for a long time & her possibly losing it. That same day I had also gotten my state inspection done & was out of there pretty quickly. At the end Bruce explained to me what other maintenance my vehicle needed & explained everything thoroughly. Not only did I feel welcomed & comfortable there while I waited but I also felt like my vehicle was in great hands. I will continue to frequent this location when it comes to my vehicles repairs & maintenance. They are very upfront about their prices & give out coupons as well in order to save a little more money.

Made an appointment at 12pm for an oil change at 3pm because they said that was the earliest they had available, and I was told it'll be done by 3:30pm. I get there at 2:45pm, and I'm told it'll take at least 2 hours to complete because service is first come first serve basis. I asked the rep what was the point of making an appointment if I'm going to wait over 2 hours for an oil change and he responds, "so that we know you're coming." First, what's the point of making an appointment if you're not going to service my car right away. I could've came in at 12pm when I called if I was going to be treated as a walk-in. Second, what kind of place takes 2 hours at least to do an oil change.
Edit: I wish there was a negative star review. Manager called me and instead of apologizing, he insisted on "educating" me on how appointments work. Says appointment just says that's when you're coming but they still have to service the cars that came in before the appointments even if they were walk-ins. I'm literally at discount tire, and they put me at the top of the list because I made an appointment. This is how appointments should work. Maybe the manager here needs to educate himself before trying to educate a customer.
