I just tried to blame it when I got brand new tires all over my jeep. He calmly assured me it was something they could fix and got me on the wait list as I was driving in. He even found me a coupon to use for the fix! The issue was a normal one but a little worse than I’d realized and Albert had me in an out in an hour and a half. I am so grateful to the Brakes Plus team for helping me in such a professional way.

We have an older Kia - it’s hard to know what’s wrong with these older cars and they were patient with us, kind, walk us through 100 percent of our questions over several days and ultimately took care of us for half the original quote. What we thought was wrong, turned out to be not that big of an issue and they saved us a ton of money and time. We have been going here for years, we are lifetime customers.
