    Miles was terrible very rude and sold the wrong lights to me twice. Obviously doesn’t care about his job or others.

    I went to the AutoZone in Little Elm on October 11 to buy a car battery. I was given the wrong size and had to return to exchange it. On both visits, I was helped by the same cashier, Myles. During my second visit, right before I left, Myles asked if the man next to me was my father. I said no, but that he was with me. He then told me he had “witnessed” my stepdad walk out without paying for a long slotted screwdriver. I was stunned because I personally watched my stepdad pay for that exact item with another cashier during my first visit. When I asked my stepdad for the receipt, he immediately pulled it out and handed it to me. I showed it to Myles, and instead of apologizing or acknowledging his mistake, he said, “As long as you can prove it.” Then, as if that wasn’t enough, he asked if my stepdad was going to pay for another item he had already paid for. What bothers me the most isn’t that he thought something was stolen. Mistakes happen. What bothers me is that after being proven completely wrong, he couldn’t offer a simple apology. Not a single word to take responsibility or show respect. That silence spoke volumes. The situation was humiliating, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. I called the regional to report what happened and never got a call back, which only adds to the frustration. This was one of the most disrespectful customer experiences I’ve ever had, and I will never return to this location. Let me also add to the fact that the second battery he gave me, was CORRODED. My car left me stranded and it took a mechanic needing to come to me, take the battery out and go exchange it AGAIN!

    I went to O'Reillys first and got a bulb for my brake light all for the guy to see since they have to unscrew something he cant install it. I was frustrated because I dont know anything about changing a bulb,but ended up going to Auto Zone and I got all the help I needed thanks to Miles. Not only was I given the right bulb but he changed my bulb for me and he educated me at the same time. Now I can drive my car like I stole it again lol

    Incredible service by Raul. Went out of his way to help me with replacing my battery and was very appreciative of the service and work he provided. Highly recommend going to AutoZone with any car needs you have.

    Today I went to AutoZone completely at lose with this car I bought. The headlight was out and I tried to fix it myself but just couldn’t figure it out. So I decided to come to AutoZone for some guidance I was helped by A gentleman who never seems to Want to help me. He told me I needed to call a mechanic. I pleaded with him if he could just steer me in the right direction and he told me no flat out and that he couldn’t put my headlight Bulb back in for me Then he proceeded to tell me that I most likely got the wrong lightbulb that those were for my highbeams and I just needed a regular light Bulb I said OK thank you so much. I went inside to purchase a light bulb by a different gentleman and he asked me what kind of car I had. I proceeded to tell him and I told him what a headache it was going to be to try and figure out how to put it in he said, Would you like me to take a look at it and I looked at him and said I would appreciate that I explained to him how that gentleman has helped me in the past and he’s never really been any help and has steered me in the wrong way before so he came out to my car willingly looked at it said yes it looks like it may be a little work, but it’s possible he then said he could do it it would just take a little while I looked at him and I was so excited after I had a long day of work and fixing to have to go back to work. I said please help He just looked at me and said I got you. It may take a minute. I told him I had all the minutes in the world and he went and got the tools and he put in my light. This meant the world to me his kindness. His persistence was so much appreciated today. I hope when you read this review that you take into consideration what this does For someone, his customer service was TOP NOTCH. I am a patient care supervisor for my job and my number one priority is my patients That come into my office they are what we build our company on and treating them with kindness is the least thing we could ever do for them. It speaks volumes when somebody goes out of their way to take care of a customer and just simply take the time On them. Thank you, Harley. You were so great today. I appreciate all of your hard work and I wish you the best because this company Was blessed when they hired you.
