I’m not generally an Auto Zone guy, but last night I was assisted by Alfred and was able to get what I needed for my car and head back home 2 hours away. As we pulled up I noticed the store seemed a bit busy however by the time we checked out it was a bit slower but still a few customers in the store. I wanted to give JD props for Living The Pledge. This gentleman allowed me to carry my toddler out while he carried my items to the car with a smile. Thank you sir for putting us first.

- AAAngDec 4, 20255.0Greeted by Robert at the Lindale store. Needed a battery for my explorer. He immediately hooked me up with a battery, washer fluid and back wiper blade. Very confident, knowledgeable and had a great personality. The weather was crap - cold and misting rain. He walked right out like it was sunny & 70*. Had a convo about his knowledge of cassette tapes and the last one made. The other gentleman behind the counter was very helpful as I looked for jumper cables while Robert was doing his thing outside. I don’t do reviews, but when customer service is this good, I will.
