No clear explanation, no attempt to make it right—just a shrug and “we don’t do that here.” If you’re going to promote support for military members, then actually follow through. Don’t use it as a marketing hook and then deny it when someone asks. That’s misleading at best and disrespectful at worst. Plenty of other shops manage to honor their word without excuses. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I’d advise other service members and veterans to do the same.
