  I thought I needed new brakes. Not only was I told they had lots of life left, they also fixed something a dealership was asking me to pay almost $300 for!!! I will absolutely be back and appreciate the honest service.

  went above and beyond!!! went in for a standard oil change (quickest service I've ever received, by the way) and they showed me a few other things under my car that needed attention. great attitudes, great service, great people! will definitely be back.... Thanks again, Dan and Josh!

  I spent three hours here for a "Service Electronic Brakes" light. After a $99 diagnostic, they simply cleared the codes (C0051 and U0145) and sold me on $300 worth of new belts/labor. They didn't bother to test drive it; within 30 seconds of leaving, the brakes shuddered (the best way I can describe the issue) and the light flashed again. When I returned, the attendant and I test drove the truck and he admitted they couldn't fix it and told me to go to a Dodge dealer. While I appreciate the diagnostic refund, it’s disappointing they focused on upselling maintenance items while failing to address the actual safety problem I came in for. It felt very transactional rather than solution-oriented.

  I went into Brakes Plus - Liberty Hill because my brake pedal felt a little squishy after I replaced my own pads. I specifically asked for a simple brake bleed. Instead, these guys tried to sell me what sounded like an entirely new brake system for $1,700. Apparently my car needed everything short of divine intervention. I declined, took my car home, spent a little time bleeding the brakes myself… and guess what? Problem solved. Pedal firm. Brakes working perfectly. Total cost: basically nothing but my time. It’s wild to me that a straightforward brake bleed somehow turned into a four-figure repair quote. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion before agreeing to anything major here. Your wallet will thank you.

  I’ve been through the ringer lately dealing with multiple mechanic shops trying to fix my brakes, and I honestly wish I had come to Brakes Plus sooner. Jordyn was amazing — she took the time to clearly explain what was actually going on with my truck and identified the real root cause instead of just treating the symptoms. The transparency and care made all the difference. I finally feel confident about the repairs and am looking forward to getting back on the road with everything running smoothly.
