I made an appointment way in advance at 8am after being promised that my car would be ready by 11:00, only to have to call in myself at 4 to be told that they called me! They did call me earlier to try and sell me more unnecessary work but declined as their price was over $900 for a damn brake job! Jon, the manager, did not even try to make things better just wanted to argue that he did call me. At least at the dealership, we know what to expect! Such a waste of time and money!
