  I needed a brake light replaced and this place was amazing. They were quick and helpful, never had to even get out of my car. Highly recommend

  The guys at Strickland in Lewisville are the most kind, courteous and professional people one could ever encounter during an oil change. If outstanding service was an Olympic sport; Flores, Eddie and Jose would all take home the Gold medal. Upon arrival I was greeted with a very warm welcome from Jose as he immediately handed me a cold bottle of water. I told him I needed an oil change. Next Eddie carefully guided my car into the service area, and politely explained my next steps. Flores very kindly went over the logistics/cost of the services I requested. I agreed with the estimate and the team got started right away on my vehicle. During the process Flores asked if I needed an inspection as he noticed my sticker was expiring. I advised I had already completed it but, needed to remove the old sticker glue before placing the new sticker on the windshield. Without hesitation Flores took it upon himself and removed the old sticker glue on my behalf , cleaned my windshield and placed the current year’s sticker on my vehicle. Flores demonstrated the kindest, professional above and beyond service one could ever imagine. When the work was completed Flores did a recap of all the services I received and gave me recommendations for the services I might need in the future. This team truly exceeded my expectations!!! I will definitely use them again! I’ve already told others how outstanding this team is. Thank you Strickland team for making my day!!!

  Eddy offered me water as soon as I drove up and was very professional and talked me through the whole process. He showed me the air filter but didn’t try to sell me because it didn’t need to be changed. He showed me the old and new oil. He topped off the washer fluid. Very easy going and fast service.
