  Every member of the team at this location was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly focused on customer service. They also seemed to enjoy their jobs, or at least working with each other. It made for one of the most pleasant car rental experiences I've had, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Enterprise location!

  Great and easy experience with Enterprise! The car was awesome and was a smooth ride the whole time, drop off process was really easy too, no hassle returning it. Drew was a great help getting me saddled up and ready to go for my trip!

  I will share my experience with enterprise car rental in lewisville each time I have rented a car from this location the customer service is top notch and they truly treat you like a super star and that's rare in this life when you rent a car from them make sure you ask for Anthony Austin or Drew Meiwes tell thenm El sent you

  Initially, my experience with Enterprise was great after I was in a car accident and needed a rental. Then I started getting unsolicited phone calls about buying a new car from Enterprise Car Sales. First, Aaron Lewis contacted me telling me that his friend “Lucas” told him that I was in the market for a new car. I have no idea who Lucas is and why he would have shared my contact info about a topic we had never discussed. I ended up returning the rental car that same day and asked the guy who was checking the car in who Lucas was and why was he accessing my contact information to share. I was told that he doesn’t even work at the location I had rented from. Why are people accessing my contact information and sharing it with others when I don’t even know this person and never consented to having my contact info passed around? I was told that this issue would be brought up to the manager and that it would be taken care of. Fast forward to today when I get a phone call from some other guy from Enterprise Car Sales wanting to sell me a car. Again I tell him that I’m not sure why my contact information is being passed around and I am absolutely not looking for a car. He let me know that he would bring it up to his manager but I let him know that I’ve already been fed that line and clearly nothing happened since he was currently on my phone. Is it standard policy for Enterprise to pass your contact info around without your consent? Who else has been given my contact information?

  Our experience with this car rental company was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked into the office, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. The entire team made the process easy and pleasant. A special thank you to Parth, who made everything smooth and completely stress-free. He was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable with the rental process. His excellent customer service truly stood out. It’s rare to find such a friendly and efficient team. We really appreciated how seamless the entire experience was. I would definitely recommend this company and will gladly rent from them again in the future!
