  Cam always has a friendly smile and a cheerful disposition. I've been using Zips subscriptions for my cars for a few years. The equipment is well maintained and the service is fast and convenient.

  He did such a good job I recommend him I thought that he was the manager since he was running the whole place by himself I never met such a kind soul and he left my car flawless he's such a sweetheart and I will be coming back everyday just for him so if y'all move him let me know what location because he's the reason why I will be going to ZIPS everyday.

  I’ve only been coming here a few months, but given how things are everywhere lately, I’m overall very happy with Zips. There are just a couple of small things I’d love to see—like a holder for floor mats and the blower. They provide rags and plenty of spray bottles, which I really appreciate. I’m on the most basic (and affordable) plan—$12 for the first two months, then $20 after that—which works well for me. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been helpful and friendly. I come at least once a week and usually have a question or comment, and I’ve never run into a rude staff member. There’s a sign for the men’s restroom but not the women’s; the women’s is immediately to the left of the men’s. It’s always incredibly clean and fully stocked. What really inspired me to write this review was their attention to safety during snowy weather. I had just come from Aldi's, where the parking lot wasn’t salted at all—pushing a cart through icy snow was difficult, and people were helping each other just to stay upright. When I drove into Zips (from the back way), I wasn’t even sure they’d be open. But the driveway was well prepared: snow piled neatly to the sides, pavement lightly wet, clearly salted and treated early in the morning. They took real care to make it safe, and that stood out. Overall, a well-run location with thoughtful staff and attention to detail. Pictures are from the outside. You can see the inside more clearly when you enlarge them.
