- AZA Z1 day ago5.0I meant to do this a long time ago but this location has exceeded my expectations in customer service every time I have gone there. After so many bad experiences with other places…I am happy to return to Valvoline, especially this location in Lewisville. I feel that the team is genuinely looking out for the customers best interests without upselling on unnecessary work when on a customer is on a tight budget and I’ve also experienced when the team addressed an issue the best possible way when it was easy to act there was no issue and blame the customer. Truly appreciate the hard work and attitude this team shows during the times I have been there. Thank you!

- DNDarton Nguyen5 days ago5.0Writing this a bit late but I stopped by this location on 1/31/26 after commuting in from Houston when it was still icy on the road, and somehow the skid plate/splash shield came loose from under my vehicle, scraping across the road as I was driving. Unfamiliar with the area, I quickly searched for an establishment that did oil changes as I knew they would probably be familiar with the part and was greeted by Joa who quickly assessed/diagnosed the issue and promptly assisted me. All but five minutes later, the plate (which was bent) was fastened, flattened out, and bolted back onto my car. Mostly wanted to take the time to emphasize how courteous Joa was and that their professionalism is something to be admired. The other employees around were also very friendly, engaging, and the atmosphere seems to be conducive of their work. If I resided in the area, I would not hesitate to make this Valvoline my designated choice for oil services, etc. Shoutout to Joa once again for keeping the roads safe! Thank you for the remarkable service and awesome attitude.
