The manager - Arden - worked on my car and was very kind and helpful. They even have a teacher discount! Will definitely be returning the next time my car needs service.

They gave me a coupon sheet to use when I came in a few days after for the inconvenience. When I came back, they happily took my coupon and have been very sweet with each encounter. Pleasant experience here. Definitely recommend and will come back. Especially since I received another coupon!

Rafael was very professional and very responsive to the problem. If I was a Business owner, I would want him on my team. This location is consistently well-staffed with helpful and friendly service. Please note that the location at Hebron/Josey (zip 75007), which is closer to our house is consistently without a state inspector for one reason or another. Though staff is also friendly, l would have to give them 3 stars for having to return or go somewhere else at least 2 dozen times over the years. I hope this is constructive and helpful in rectifying your staffing problem.
