- DFdavid fajardo2 days ago1.0I had an oil change done at another Valvoline location about 8 months ago, and of course, they made me buy a new battery because according to them I needed it. It turns out the battery I bought doesn’t work anymore, I took it to Autozone to double check and they put it to charge for half of day and didn’t charge. I went to this Valvoline location because it’s the closest one to my house to claim my warranty on the battery and immediately they said they didn’t have this particular battery size (battery for a 2022 F-150, nothing out of the ordinary), so they recommend me to go to another location, when I asked if they could check for me in the system a location that had the battery so I didn’t have to waste time driving to multiple locations they said were too busy at the moment so they asked me to personally call the other places. It’s just so AMAZING that the Valvoline team that’s so worry about the costumers and so happy to help when it comes to make you buy something, doesn’t really care about you when it comes to deal with warranties related to the products they sold you.

I first went there for an oil change, not knowing what to ask for or anything about maintenance, and Jenn was such an angel. I’m always glad when I see she’s there, and the other employees are very friendly too.
- JNJim NeubertOct 3, 20251.0My car needs a new crushable washer for the oil pan with every oil change. They know it because they took the old one off, and could see it was of the crushable type. Oil leaks when you don't put on a new washer. They didn't care. Said I should have brought my own new washer. That's just not right. I got upset with the manager "Grant" because he was not going to make the situation right. He literally laughed at me, totally blew me off. Paid $95 for for an oil change and they skipped putting on a new 50 cent washer. That washer keeps the oil from leaking out of the pan. It's important. Also I have a quality K&N engine air filter that just needs a chemical cleaning every 50k miles. There is a BIG sticker on the filter housing that says DON'T open the housing to check the filter. They pulled it anyway. Just figured they would see if they could sell me an overpriced paper filter. They are rude and laughed at me when I pointed out they did substandard service. Called the store to ask for way to contact upper management, they said that's not how they work and there was no one I could call that was the superior of the guy at the location who was rude to me. You might go there and have a good experience, but if they mess up they won't take responsibility, that's for sure
