  These guys have integrity and I really appreciate that. I wasn't actually due for an oil change at the time of my visit. Turns out my oil sensor was in need of a reset and I wasn't aware of it. Instead of just running me through anyway they let me know that I didn't actually need an oil change at the time, reset my sensor for me and topped off my other fluids in my vehicle. It's rare to see that kind of integrity these days and I truly appreciated it. When I do actually need an oil change, I'll make sure to return back to these guys 👍

  First time here. Outstanding service and communication. Jose’s customer service was outstanding, greeted me with a water bottle, got me in and out in about 10 minutes, explained everything that was done to the car with a great attitude. Needless to say, this will be my new go to spot for my car’s needs.

  I used Strickland Brothers for the first time yesterday and I have to say, based on customer service, I will be back and I will tell all my friends! Jay, (a/k/a Jordan), as we call him, because that's his nickname to his "friends", was beyond helpful and friendly. All I needed was an emissions inspection but he made me feel like I was important and wanted to get me in an out quickly. It's refreshing to have such good service in the neighborhood and someone you can count on when you need help with auto care. Thanks "Jay" and the SB team.

  First time here today, and I will be back because Jordin provided phenomenal service. I'd been taking my vehicle to the Toyota dealership for regular maintenance under the service plan, but it expired. Plus, the last time I was at the Toyota dealership, I didnt get very good service. I came to Strickland Brothers because of other Google reviews. Jordin greeted me with a bottle of water. He was very informative and performed a quick safety check of my lights, blinkers, and brakes. We discovered together that the cord connection my hood release to the hood was disconnected. (Thanks, Toyota of Irving.) He was able to get the hood open and even tried to fix it, but we just didnt have any luck. Jordin was thorough but also didn't try to oversell me. That's important and refreshing. I also knew the price before any work started, and while I didn't take advantage of any recommendations today, they were greatly appreciated. Shout out to all the others at Strickland providing exceptional service on a rainy Saturday!

  After receiving two back to back poor customer service experiences my feelings have not changed. There are plenty of other options who will gladly take my money and treat me and my time with respect. It's only an oil change but poor customer service is always unacceptable no matter the circumstance. Best of luck as I'm done with Strickland Brothers.
