- DUDerek UlrichSep 1, 20231.0My first appointment was over a month ago, had an appointment for a full tint job was told a price over the phone and after arriving that price went up 100 dollars for starters, secondly they come back and say they won’t have time to complete back so I’d have to come back, fine, no problem. After inspecting the work I notice both of my driver and passenger side windows are cut very poorly and opt to get them redone, they agree and a couple weeks go by before I could get back but I decided to get my brow done along with the back windshield and doors they needed to fix. I arrive at my scheduled appointment at 9 am and I leave my car with them, I thought it’d take a few hours so I was patient, but they closed at 3 and hadn’t heard a word from them and it was already 2:30 so I figured I’d just go get it, I’m driving from Dallas mind you. I get back and see they haven’t even started on it still (6 hours later) and I go in to check what’s goin on and they say they’re going to stay until it’s done and convince me to just trust them to get it done and come back later. Came back a few hours later and it was done, partially anyway, old tint all over the back window still, tint on the doors jagged, and to top it off they just ripped a chunk out of my old brow and left it. I’m back today “we’ll get you in and out in 30 minutes” been here an hour and 15 minutes now and I’m just having them rip everything off and give me a full refund, dont come here if you value your time or your car, I’m sorry SML but this was a horror show.

Explained the options for ceramic tint, removed old tint on the side windows and applied the tint to side and rear windows. They even put a piece of bright green tape over the window control reminding me to not roll down the windows for a few days. I highly recommends the shop.
