  Had to confirm the appointment a dozen times during the week between scheduling and getting the work done, all through emails and text messages. Not once did anyone actually reach out to confirm the details of the appointment. I tried calling, but all I got was an automated message telling me to log into my account for any questions or concerns, which only allows you to view or reschedule your appointment. Then when I arrived for the appointment, I was told I had to request OEM glass if I wanted to keep the branding on the windshield of my vehicle that is less than a year old, and that I would have to reschedule to do that. The actual installation was fine, and that's the only thing worthy of getting a start. Overall, unhappy with this experience.

  Took my truck in to get a chip fixed that was maybe a half in. The technician took my truck in to the back and 15-20 min later he drives it back out and said do to the temperature change it cracked and they didn’t attempt to work on it . Called the customer service number and filed a complaint. Later the manager emails me and tells me the same thing they didnt work on it do to it cracking sent him a picture where you see clear as day the patch they used to try and fix it so since they messed up on a simple chip that was going to cost me $130 dollars now it’s going to cost over $1000 dollars I highly recommend people not to go to that business. The business is a joke since they can not take responsibility for there employee mistakes

  Aaron was the tech with Safelite that came out to do my windshield replacement. Service was on time and conveniently done at my home while I worked. I was notified well in advance of my time slot and notified again when he was on his way with an eta of when he would be arriving. He had everything installed and even moved my registration sticker from my previous windshield to my new one. I appreciated his professionalism and how quickly and conveniently the service was completed with zero hassle for me.

  I had a great experience with SafeLite AutoGlass from start to finish. Scheduling my appointment was quick and effortless — everything was easy to set up online, and I got a convenient time right away. The technician showed up exactly when promised, was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. The windshield replacement was done impressively fast, and the quality of the glass looks top-notch. You can tell they use great materials and truly care about their work. I appreciate the smooth process and excellent service — I’d definitely recommend SafeLite to anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give ZERO stars to Safelite, I would. This has been a THREE-WEEK nightmare just to replace the back glass on my car. Appointment #1: The technician showed up with the WRONG glass and then told me I needed to purchase an additional $300 part. Annoying, but fine — I bought the part immediately. After that? Silence. No follow-up. No scheduling. I had to call multiple times just to get another appointment because no one could be bothered to contact me. Appointment #2 (today): I stayed up with NO SLEEP — I work nights — waiting during my service window. Ten minutes before the appointment window closed, they called to say they have NO IDEA where my glass is. How does a company whose entire business is auto glass not know where the glass is? Customer service has been just as bad. Long hold times, zero urgency, and representatives who act like they couldn’t care less about the inconvenience they’ve caused. No answers. No accountability. No solutions. At this point I’m left wondering: • Where is my glass? • Why has this taken three weeks? • When will this be fixed — if ever? This experience has been disorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. I rearranged my schedule, lost sleep, and spent extra money for absolutely nothing. Save yourself the stress. Go anywhere else.
