I asked an employee near the hot beverage machine if it was working, and they said they were “working on it,” so I waited. A few minutes later, the same employee just walked away to the cash register without saying a single word about whether the machine was ready to use. No communication, no courtesy.

Got there 8pm, it was “getting cleaned”. I politely asked how long will it take, they told me 10pm. It takes em 2 hours to wash 5 plastic parts. It’s not just this store. I drove to 7 stores in one night. Guess what, most of them were “out of order”. I have been successful only twice in 2 weeks to get a hot specialty drink. I WAS a loyal customer. No wonder why their competitor is always packed. I’ll go check out.

I just received my new credit card and use it there for gas on Nov.6, I even never showed out to anywhere. Then today I gotten a notice from Chase band said credit fraud $227. Last two times I use my Citi credit card here Oct.15& 25, because my Chase credit card was cancelled after first times fraud here on the gas machine, then I have to use Citi credit card. But I didn’t get any notice from Citi bank till Oct. 27 I need check my account before I pay balance, then I found out credit card fraud over $6400 by two times , the money went to a company: Azle Roofing Supply, and 6 times online $7/ each. Now I just received my new replaced credit card from Chase bank, then happened again!!! Could anyone have the same problem in this gas station?
