- KBKendrick BrownJan 18, 20261.0Come on. QT on 121 & Southwest! You had 3 employees behind the counter and not a drop of tea in the house. We'll, correction... somebody put dry tea bags on top of the containers but, lacked the follow through, to complete the job. Besides the contamination possibilities by leaving a consumable product open to the public (I should have taken a picture, but my frustration prevented that) was not a good idea in my opinion. Also, if that is within QT policy I strongly recommend that portion of the policy is reviewed, for the sake of public safety. Needless to say I had to take my business to another QT on Round Grove who only had 2 employees on staff and everything looked to be in proper QT order. Yes, they had all the tea's available and the service was spot on for what we have grown to expect from QT. The 121 & Southwest location can definitely take some notes from this team. I just wish I didn't have to drive out of my way in the opposite direction just to get a cup of tea.
