I have had a good experience before at this car wash, so I hope it’s an anomaly, but today was a challenge…. They weren’t aware of the March special (I had to show them on their own website) and the young man interrupted me while I was greeting him, and said, “sorry to interrupt but I’ll get in trouble if I don’t say this to you first” when trying to sell me a membership (which I was there to purchase). Then as I was pulling in, the young lady working kept yelling at me “go faster, go faster!” then gave me a hateful look and said something unkind after I put my car in neutral once in the wash. I was surprised by this at this particular car wash considering its reputation. I think some customer service training would be helpful.

horrible. the workers know if there's issues with the wash but still send cars through, not caring if there's damage done or not. the wash itself is also way overpriced and not even good. the convenience is not worth horrible service.

FRAUD ALERT. Stopped by for a single wash on Feb 8. They do not have kiosks so there was a young man taking payment. His card reader was not working so he let me in free of charge for the cheapest single wash ($12.99), which is what I was there for anyway. I never provided any personal info to sign up for a membership, despite him trying to sell me one. I looked at my CC to see if it was charged upon entering the wash and it was not charged. Because I was not charged, I have no receipt or record of a transaction - which means no one can look this up.
It is now Feb 16 and I have a recurring charge for $24.99 on my CC statement. Called the customer service line and they have no record of my personal info in their system - no name, email, phone number, address, license plate number, etc. The call center employee helping me said there's an account with the last four digits of my card but it's not my personal information. His words were "This is fraud and you will need to call your bank to dispute the fraudulent charge." Now I'm on the phone with my bank to do so. Be careful if you're going through for a single wash.
If you're just going in for a single wash, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I visited this car wash today and had a very disappointing experience. I paid for the medium package, but my car was still extremely dirty after the wash. While going through the tunnel, I heard two massive thumps hit my vehicle, which was very concerning. After leaving, I noticed what appears to be new paint damage that was not there before.
The vacuums had almost no suction and couldn’t pick up basic debris, and the towel station wasn’t stocked, so I had to use the same towel for my entire vehicle. For the price I paid, the quality and maintenance were far below expectations.
I would appreciate management looking into this and contacting me regarding the possible damage to my vehicle.
Was really busy today but provided lots of clean towels and the vacuums work really good too!!
