They send me inside and no one was at the desk so I went back to the garage. They advise me to go back inside! Aaron finally came to the desk distracted with his phone and quotes me a price and asked me to do give them a five star review! I declined due to initial lack of service! And Aaron was visibly upset and he went outside smoked a cigarette and came back in and quoted me a higher price! The team in the garage refused to put my jacket kit back in the trunk! And they didnt give me receipt of purchase! I am very upset due to unprofessional treatment all because I refused to give a five star review! I will be contacting the better business bureau in regards to this unprofessional exchange!

- DBD BFeb 21, 20265.0I have been coming to NTB/Mavis for decades. I have had almost invariably good experiences at this particular location, in Flower Mound on Round Grove Rd. I would never suggest going to the location on Justin rd which is MUCH closer to my home. I will always drive the extra miles to come here. Also, the newest manager Noah, is very customer service oriented and seems to have a very good understanding of what is required to keep this place running well.
