I was told it was decisions made by my insurance company which is possible.I noticed after I got my truck back that my phone mount was missing. I called and spoke with who was in charge and he said he would get back to me and look around. I didn’t hear back so I called again and spoke with the front desk person. Her name is Seletha and she was awesome. She went ahead and purchased another phone mount for me. Bute- what happened to the first phone mount?? I didn’t have a terrible experience, but I lacked terrible communication. It was pretty sparse and found myself having to call as opposed to them calling me or even emailing with updates. Only started getting them at the end of our time when I complained about not knowing what was going on. Progressive suggested them as one of their preferred mechanics but I wouldn’t recommend them.
