- MKMatthew KimbleJan 10, 20251.0When you use their automated service you can't even get through because it won't take your personal information such as DL# or DOB so it's worthless to try to contact them. I was even told to use someone else's phone and still didn't get through. These people want it to fail or mess up so you have to keep their device longer so they can make more money off of you. It's a disgrace and a trap
