  I had a very disappointing experience at Enterprise in Addison, TX. The driver who picked me up was on time and courteous, but the service went downhill once I arrived at the branch. After I provided my license and credit card, the associate charged my card without any explanation or consent — then casually told me it was “only $50.” Regardless of the amount, it’s completely unacceptable to process a payment without informing the customer first. I had reserved a luxury vehicle, but was told none were available and was instead offered a minivan — not at all comparable to what I reserved. When I declined, the staff became dismissive and unhelpful. Later that afternoon, I called to check on availability, and the representative was rude and tried to blame me for “requesting a specific car,” which was not true. Thankfully, my insurance company stepped in and switched me to Hertz, who were professional, efficient, and made sure I left with a car the same day. Enterprise Addison really needs to improve its communication, professionalism, and respect for customers’ time. I won’t be attempting to rent from this location again.

  They unfortunately did not have the car I needed because I rented/ switched vehicles on such short notice, but that team went so far above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied that I honestly can’t speak highly enough about the great customer service. I literally never do reviews but I was so impressed with the gentleman’s efforts and the kindness of the young lady that I had to let it be known.

  DO NOT RENT HERE. I was rear ended and the person’s insurance set me up with a loaner here. What I thought was a wonderful experience is now horrific. I am being accused of damaging the vehicle I rented. I was shocked by this claim and was completely baffled. What I thought was a wonderful, credible company - is not. I asked for dated evidence from my insurance showing the license plate with the damage and when the claim was filed nothing was provided. This is so unfair and now I am having to fight this battle I don’t deserve. I am never renting here EVER again.

  The Lewisville office is the one of the best. Due to the car accident claim I had chance to visit few: one in Dallas, one in Addison, one in Farmers Branch, and one in Carrolton. Only in Lewisville office I got always car I really need and service is perfect, guys are super friendly.

  You guys suck! Niko “the manager” told me on 10/24 to come and swap out my unsafe rental on 10/25. I called all morning and couldn’t get a hold of anyone so I showed up at the location at the time I was told to. I get there and there are at least 10 people waiting in line in front of me with two extremely rude employees. After waiting 30 minutes, I get up to the counter and they tell me there are not any SUVs available and that if I want to switch this out, I have to go to the Denton location. Not what I was told yesterday. Such a waste of my time and the most awful customer service I have ever received at an Enterprise. Had you told me all of this on Friday, I would never have driven here on Saturday. Terrible customer service!!
