Extremely disappointed, I have been trying to close out my invoice for 2 weeks now and the manager was persistent that we owed more money so he was trying to get insurance to extend the time because we kept the car longer then we were supposed to. We in fact didn’t, we returned it when we were supposed to but it was on a Saturday and they were closed. They failed to monitor when we actually returned it and just put Monday I guess when they opened the doors? If I hadn’t continued to call I think they would have needed up overcharging me. Just be sure if you use the overnight drop that you call first thing Monday morning and make sure you’re not overcharged!

Once I was in the Enterprise they were unable to get me a vehicle even though I had my driver's licenses and proof of having it renewed. They said they wouldn't be able to do anything without their managers approval, I asked to escalate the situation and I was told it would be about 5 minutes. After waiting for about 40 minutes and it was getting close to closing time and they only had one person in the building trying to handle half a dozen people I wasn't able to get any help and was forced to just walk out. IF you are able to go anywhere else I would suggest that.

So we explained our situation and made a reservation for a mustang. When my husband arrived to pick up the car, they told him the mustang had a recall but they had another convertible on the way. The team made arrangements to have a Porsche Carrera 911 delivered to their site for us. When I tell you that this was the coolest experience for my daughter, that might be the biggest understatement! Thank you to the staff at this location for understanding our needs and delivering much more than we could have ever thought possible! Amazing custom service!!
