All about trying to get you into their shop so they have you as captive audience and you can't shop around. This is the behavior that gives this industry such a bad rap. Here was the phone call I had with them: Me: Hello can you give me a quote over the phone, for rear pads and rotors, installed, on my [car year make and model]? Salesperson: Let me get some information first. What's your name? Me: My name is Tobias. So did you say you can give me a quote over the phone after I give you this information? Salesperson: All I can do is schedule a free brake inspection for you. Sleazy, dishonest, wasters of time. To give you an idea, within the next hour, I had multiple quotes for this, over the phone. This is obviously a standard job that can be quoted with zero "inspection".

We headed to Brakes Plus once she was in the car. Gregg was very helpful and knowledgeable. Turns out there was a large Rick behind my rotor. They could have told me anything and charged me an outrageous price, but they didn’t. I appreciate their honesty and this is where I will return when I have car issues. Thanks guys!!

I went to Just Brakes at 201 W Round Grove Lewisville 75067. Mr. Gerry was my service advisor. I have to tell that he is an excellent person. Provided me options and also provided recommendations. He also gave a pleasant surprise from the original estimate I was told. This certainly prove that Gerry is not to make a highway robbery from customers but genuine interest. After all these years I found an auto shop like drop the vehicle and forget. First impression makes the best impression and I will definitely return to brakes plus at this specific location. Thanks very much Gerry and will see you soon.
