Even though Brakes Plus next door was clearly more packed, I stuck with my original plan and went to NBT first. They quoted us over $1,000, which immediately felt off, so I decided to go next door to Brakes Plus for a second opinion. The experience was completely different. They did a thorough inspection, gave us the actual measurements of each brake and offered several repair options. Their quote came in at half the price of the first place, and they even honored a discount from their website, which brought the total down even more. They stayed late to get our car taken care of, and Gerry was incredibly helpful and informative. He even showed us our brakes so we could see everything ourselves, which made it feel really transparent and also let us borrow a phone charger while we waited. Great customer service, honest pricing, and a place I would absolutely recommend.

- ACAngel Cordova3 days ago5.0So I just want to say these men working here are amazing I drive a 5th gen camero I got off work noticed a loud noice called up here answered quick said come on in we got you came in they were professional and honest with me laughed a bit once they showed this piece of gravel was stuck in between my brake pad and my rotor checked all my other brakes to make sure I was good payed nothing “FREE BRAKE CHECKS BTW” can’t beat it but I very much appreciate this crew working on my car and keeping it real most definitely coming back 🫡

The service was quick, thorough, and professional…they even took the time to check other key components on my car to make sure everything was in top shape. Gerry was great to work with…friendly, positive, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. I really appreciated his upbeat attitude and clear communication. Definitely a shop I’ll keep coming back to for maintenance!
