He discovered that the issue was my battery and even checked to see that it was still under warranty from the last time I had it replaced at AutoZone. He was able to swap it out for me right then and there, which saved me so much time! He also educated me a lot about my car and helped me understand things I didn’t know before. I’m super happy my vehicle is running great again, and I’ll definitely go back to Jorge if I ever need help in the future. Highly recommend! 🚗🔋👏

Not only did he get the codes and send it to my email but he also told me what to expect if I go to a mechanic to get it fixed. He educated me on the process and what kind of diagnostic/warranty places will offer to properly fix my vehicle. He actually cared and that’s what I appreciated the most!
