If I could give 0 stars I would. I was helped by a lady & I did not get her name but I think her name tag said “Tassy”? Glasses & a ponytail. Anyways, I went in to do a return and to pick up an online order. When she saw what I was wanting to return (brake pads that are only sold online via autozone website) she immediately said “we don’t even sell those”, I informed her I bought them online through autozone and she said “well you’ll have to do the return online”, okay. Once I informed her of the online order she let me know it had not had been fulfilled yet (which made sense because I literally placed it maybe 5 minutes before walking in) so to give her a moment. While I was waiting, I went online to see what the return process will be & online provided a barcode to be scanned IN STORE. She insisted it wouldn’t work & I needed the receipt. She attempted to scan it and it did not work so I looked for the receipt in my email. Once she got that, she tried typing something in and it did not work. She didn’t seem too eager to help with the return anyways, but she didn’t ask anyone for assistance or if they could try a different way or anything. She just told me to call customer service and they can help since this part was ordered via vendor (which has nothing to do with me as the customer). The number she gave me was a number to a voicemail or to an automated system to route me to a store of my choice. HOW HELPFUL!! Anyways, I went to autozone on corporate because they’re amazing! And they completed the return for me. The initial employee ran into the same issue with scanning the barcode, but he then asked another employee for help which that employee responded “you have to hit the online button” and the employee helping me said “oh! Didn’t even realize that” and it was literally that simple. I felt the lady that “helped” me was just not great in customer service/the attitude she had, but I love autozone so I’m going to give the 2 stars.

Rocky was awesome! He was so helpful. I went to a competitor before coming here, and I got absolutely no where with addressing my problem. I now know where to start in the event I have another car issue!
Rocky was extremely polite & helpful with my needs for wiper blades. My blades were a pain to install and he was so patient and made sure that he was able to get me taken care of when I left. He went over & above to help me!!

Clayton and Ryan were very helpful! I almost went home with the wrong part but they both help verify the correct one. Clayton went above and beyond and helped me replace it on site. So thankful!

I was just down at this Autozone today, and wow was it busy, good customer service, I went down the street to Orilies, it was dead, 1 customer vs 20 @ autozone. I can see that the customer service is dog doo at O'Reilly, doing good Autozone.
