  By far the most abhorrent car dealership experience of my life. Xriston, the salesman, was very straightforward and friendly. However, there is, unfortunately, a hierarchy. I was interested in a particular vehicle for which numbers were presented to me including my trade-in. I repeatedly communicated to the dealership that my trade was a lease. They presented me numbers to which I agreed even though they were not the best numbers as compared to other dealerships. I agreed to pay a higher price due to color preference. I came to the dealership along with my pregnant wife and 4 year old son with the intent to sign a deal on the agreed upon numbers. After spending over 3 hours there going through and signing paperwork, having my credit run, etc. the sales manager Pablo told me I had to pay more because my trade was not eligible for a tax credit. He was aggressive and incredibly rude. Rather than admitting his fault and politely communicating that he could not honor the deal, he rudely told us he could not honor the original numbers due to a "system" error. I asked for my deposit back and he promptly left the room without saying anything more. I will NEVER come back to this establishment and will tell everyone I can to avoid it as well.

  I bought a new car here. The service was great and they DID NOT pressure me into buying. Financing was very straight forward.
