  I recently visited Brakes Plus for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Robert, the technician who assisted me, was incredibly customer-friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He was very thorough in his inspection and made sure I fully understood the condition of the vehicle before making a decision. That level of care really gave me peace of mind during what can be a stressful process. Overall, I truly appreciate Robert’s transparency, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Brakes Plus to anyone needing an inspection or automotive service.

  I was having an issue after I took my vehicle to a different place. They did not secure the skid plate and it fell down multiple times while I was driving. Robert explained what happened and was able to get it secured for me again! Thank you so much Robert! Highly recommend this location and Robert.

  I had a really great experience at this Brakes Plus location, and I want to specifically recognize Rosalino for his professionalism and honesty. After dealing with a stressful situation at another shop, I came in needing help with my alternator and wasn’t sure what to expect. Rosalino took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the repair without any pressure. What I appreciated most was his transparency and willingness to work with me on pricing. He honored a previous quote, kept everything straightforward, and made sure there were no surprises. That level of integrity is rare, especially when you’re already dealing with car trouble. As a mom, reliability and trust matter a lot, and I truly felt taken care of here. The entire process was smooth, and I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend this location, and if you go, ask for Rosalino, he will take care of you.

  I work near this location and got a flat tire when I got out of my shift. I stopped by hoping they could help me change my tire and thankfully they did! James helped and was super nice. He did also let me know about other things I hadn’t noticed, showing they care for more than just the problem at hand! I’ll definitely return!

  Horrible service and GM was rude and pushy. I took my car here a week ago for an oil change. General Manager stated I needed a new battery and sparks plugs and if I didn’t get them my car would not run. Then wanted to charge me $800 for the services. I asked for them to look at my fog lights and he then stated it was probably wiring issue and wanted to charge me $99 just to look at it. All it was, was my bulbs needed to be replaced. My car was covered with black finger prints from whoever worked on it! and then yesterday I noticed I had an oil leak. I had a mobile mechanic come look at my car and my OIL PLUG WAS NOT TIGHTEN ALL THE WAY! I used to be LOYAL to brakes plus. Never again! The GM treated me like I was a dumb female and spoke to me like I was clueless. Just horrible.
