  lol they literally make you get out of line and swap spots with another car if your line moves faster than theirs and they were there before you. What?? What is the point of having multiple lanes then? I have also been waiting in line 25 minutes. That’s the silliest thing that’s ever happened to me while waiting for an oil change. I understand first come first serve but make it one line then if that’s the case.

  Great customer service as always. I have come to Valvoline for years because they are consistent and always provide great customer service. They are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t push services. They make recommendations without any upselling pressure. Chris was great. I also appreciate the First Responder discount. Until next time.

  I’ve been using this location for about 2.5 years and have brought three vehicles here. I commute so I typically come in once every two/three months. This time I brought my six month old car for an oil change and tire rotation. After leaving and driving for less than 10 miles on 183 with my two year old, there was a horrible sound that would stop when I was able to stop. Get out and find that my undercarriage shroud was not re installed properly and had fallen and was twisted beyond repair. The worst part of this experience was not the poor work done and subsequent after hours tow, it was dealing with the management at this location. Ultimately I wonder, if it is such an easy and cheap part to replace, as management told me, why wouldn’t they do it instead of refusing to resolve the situation? My insurance wouldn’t cover anything due to mechanical negligence but credit card had no issues with issuing me a chargeback. On top of the damage caused by their negligence, turns out they likely never changed the oil as the car computer showed it still had 50% oil life. I will never use another valvoline because of this experience and I highly recommend no one else waste their money here when there are plenty of other decent oil change locations.

  I had been coming here for years to get my oil changed. The service has never been particularly spectacular, and theyre very pushy about getting you to buy more services, even if you dont need or want them. The shop made a mistake and put high mileage oil in my new car (less than 30k miles, which is extremely BAD for engine seals if you have a newer engine DO NOT put a high mileage blend into it, especially on these newer cars!). Their tech should have known better than to recommend that service for a low mileage vehicle, and they should be trained to know better than that. When I explained this to Michael, their Assistant Manager on duty. He told me that, regardless of the circumstances, his boss would only correct the issue if I paid for an entirely new service out of pocket. As a customer, I was worth less to them than the cost of a new oil filter and the new CORRECT oil for my car. Mistakes happen, and I was never aggressive or belligerent with anyone along the way. I offered to pay any differences in price. Im not scamming this shop, I just need to be able to sleep at night knowing that I have a dependable vehicle for work! Folks, this is the only "New" car I've ever owned at this point in my life, and I depend on it for my livelihood (as im sure you do yours). This isn't how you treat a long time customer, especially one that has a genuine concern and isn't making unreasonable demands. If you want to get your oil changed by an underpaid, apathetic, and unknowledgable tech who's just there to stare at the clock until the end of their shift, go here. If you want good work done by people that want to help and be a valuable part of the community, go somewhere else.
