  Wow! I went there because suddenly I heard some squealing, scraping sound when I applied the brakes, especially when turning. Didn't know if it was something stuck underneath, tires, brakes, or alignment? Went to Discount Tire first since they had recently replaced my tires. Nope, not tires. They recommended Rush Automotive. This was my first time there. I explained the issue and waited to see what the damage was. By the way, very comfortable waiting room, movie on. Anyway, it turned out to be a small black rock they use to surface roads had got stuck between brake pad & was scraping on the rotor. They handed me my keys & the rock & told me i don't need brakes yet & the best part: no charge! I was elated. That was so very nice of them & honest. I will definitely go back there again. Thank you!!

  This place really helped me out when I was in desperate need. I had a lot going on in my life at the time, and they made me feel comfortable and treated me like family from the moment I walked in. I have never seen a kinder place with the sweetest people. I will always be grateful for the way they treated me and the help they gave me when I needed it the most.

  I met the owner and he directed me to Ethan to diagnose my little Fiat. Love this place! They were so cool and accommodating. I will definitely go back to have them fix my car. Felt at ease and immediately felt they are trustworthy.

  The team at Rush Automotive always makes you feel welcome. They discuss your vehicle with you and offer recommendations based on priority, instead of forcing repairs or services. I never feel pressured or rushed to decide. During my latest visit, the Store Manager, Ethan Steaples, was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a great price, and the team worked quickly to complete my services. Bonus - the waiting area has large reclining chairs, and they always have something good on the TV. It's easy to get work done or relax until your vehicle is ready. I highly recommend Rush Automotive.
