Customer service and the store said the Area manager will reach out to me but never did all he told customer service is that now they are taking legal action. Not only valvoline will make it seem like they are working on a case to help you but no they are just going to screw you over. Manager even wrote on my paper about leaving no oil in my truck and they didn’t even refund me for the services that were all done.
