- DWDonte WicksJan 17, 20261.0Regular customer here. Manager in training Kim is not a very nice employee. She does not seem to really care for her job and gives me the feeling that she does not want to be there during my interaction with her. She gets mad at you if you ask her to grab tobacco products behind the counter for you during checkout and acts like doing her job is a massive inconvenience. I can also tell the part time clerks gossip about the customers in the store because they look at you and laugh and make it extremely obvious. Would not recommend this location due to the poor quality of the staff. The store is also very dirty so that would align with the employees attitudes. Bathroom was a mess, the floors hadn’t been mopped. The employees get an attitude if you place an order in the kitchen because they don’t want to make it. I even overheard the young blonde guy one day say under his breath he’s tired of making peoples orders. Avoid this location and staff.

They have the renovated machines and they are always on cleaning mode or out or hot chocolate. 7 attempts all at times where one would want hot chocolate, 6-8PM. Not sure if it's the new machines or or something else in the process is broken.
