I was astonished that after 45 minutes later with still no greet nor an acknowledgment from anyone, I can see the employees on their phones and 1 eating a cheeseburger. Two vehicles showed up after me and they were asked to pull in immediately to receive their requests. Simple communication with a, “ I will be right with you” and an ETA on when I was going to be attended next would have been understood. Finally, after waiting more than an hour, someone finally asked what services I needed. 1.5 hours after arrival, I’m watching the only person within the whole crew identified as the inspector run an extension cord to charge his handheld device and connect it to my vehicle at the same time it’s running the codes on my vehicle. This has been a horrible experience since I pulled up.
